From a pop-up tent to 300+ guest weddings, Charcutie has seen it all.

Charcutie pops up its tent for the first time — we hard launched at a farmer’s market in Southern Utah, little did I know what Charcutie had in-store!

We finally begin to gain traction under our feet, catering our first event! It’s so funny to look at our first event versus what we do now!

Charcutie caters our first grazing table! Going into 2025, one thing I knew I wanted to do with my tiny business was to create a giant charcuterie-board style grazing table. Now this is what we are known for!

The Iron Springs Bridal Expo in Cedar City, UT! I like to denote this as the “rebirth” of Charcutie, where I finally found exactly what I wanted to do — be part of the biggest day of people’s lives.

We launch our wildly popular chocolate strawberry cups — always made with top-quality European chocolate and organic (farm fresh where possible) strawberries!

OUR FIRST WEDDING! P and K’s big day holds a very special place in my heart. It was after the chaos and fun that came with this day that I absolutely knew weddings would be my favorite event to cater!

Charcutie goes on the news! We were featured in a small business segment on St. George News.

Charcutie launches mocktails, dirty sodas, and our barista bar, bringing fantastic drinks made with high-quality, house recipe syrups, purees, and sauces.

Charcutie is a licensed and insured charcuterie catering business in Cache Valley and Southern Utah. We gained this professionalism through hard work and dedication to ensuring each client has the perfect experience, from the selection of ingredients to delivery.

Wherever possible, we work with local farmers, cheesemakers, bakers, and other artisans to get the best ingredients for your board. This ensures an extremely luxury, high-end experience both taste and appearance-wise.
