BOOKING MINIMUMS
Our minimum booking total for charcuterie catering packages is $1,000. For dessert tables and beverage bars, our minimum booking total is $800.
THE INVESTMENT
Our clients’ median final cost is $2,300. Because Charcutie’s mission involves working exclusively with local farmers, cheesemongers, and other artisans where possible, we are able to guarantee Utah’s most opulent grazing displays, which taste even better than they look.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
All tax, travel, set-up, breakdown, and subsequent fees are included in the price. Unless you opt for one of our add-on packages, what you see is what you get with our pricing. We also curate a menu directly to your taste, alongside preparing a honeymoon box for all of our wedding packages, which include a 12-inch by 12-inch spread for the newlywed couple. Finally, we ensure a pristine, timely set-up with a professional team, hand-picked for the biggest day of your life.
